Weekly bearish divergence in Broadcom

Broadcom is facing a dangerous few months.

While indices like the KOSPI and the semiconductor index, the SOX, are facing declines, Broadcom is showing a weekly bearish divergence, a sign that those problems can pass straight through to the price.

The decision

A correction in these names can be a great entry. The company has very good fundamentals and an enormous tailwind behind it from digitalisation and AI.

So we are watching for a correction in the stock for a possible entry.
